Matthew has also worked in the construction and property development industry for over ten years. Matthew is responsible for developing business strategy and ensuring the smooth running of the company.
Simon Bailey: Finance Director
Simon has twenty years experience in the Construction industry holding senior operational and project management Roles. Simon in recent years has worked in directing the financial elements of running an organisation and works closely with the Group Financial Controller.
Last year Simon decided to give back to the community and under took qualifications for him to teach young apprentices in construction. He is now in the classroom imparting his knowledge to the construction workers of tomorrow.
